Barebells Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle

    Barebells Strawberry

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TRIFLE

Ingredients crumble:
1 dl almond flour
1 dl oatmeal (lightly mixed)
0.5 dl stevia (sweetener)
0.25 dl honey
1/2 dl coconut oil

Method:
1. Mix the oatmeal and then mix the oatmeal with almond flour and stevia
2. Add coconut oil and honey and mix again. If it gets too dry – add a little bit more  coconut oil (but not too much, it should be a crumble)
3. Spread the crumble on a plate and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the crumble has got some color.
4. Let the crumble cool down

Ingredients Vanilla Cream:
3 egg yolks
2.5 dl Barebells Vanilla Milkshake
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 gelatin leaf
250 g cream cheese

Method:
1. Stir the yolks into the milkshake with a spatula (not with a whisk because then it starts to skim).
2. Add the vanilla powder.
3. Boil on medium heat while stirring.
4. Take it off the stove and add the gelatin leaf. Let it cool.
5. Mix with the cooled cream cheese by hand until fluffy.

Ingredients Strawberry Cream:

2.5 dl Barebells Strawberry Milkshake

250 g cream cheese
Zest from one lemon
1 dl mashed strawberries

Method:
1. Mix the egg yolks into the milkshake with a spatula (not with a whisk because then it starts to skim).
2. Add the vanilla powder. Boil on medium heat while stirring.
3. Take it off the stove and add the gelatin leaf. Let it cool.
4. Mix the cooled cream with cream cheese and lemon zest by hand until fluffy.
5. Add the strawberries.

Decoration:
Lemon balm

Serve in tall glasses, layer vanilla mousse, cake crumbs, strawberry mousse, cake crumbs.
